Dean is an experienced builder and project manager who joined Formance in 2019. With expertise in technical project management, collaborating with architects and engineers, and streamlining processes, Dean now leads R&D and technical support, driving innovation and excellence at Formance.
Nick Hubbard | Formance
With over a decade at Formance, Nick has been pivotal in advancing the adoption of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) in New Zealand’s construction industry. Drawing on his background in advanced manufacturing and the automotive sector, Nick combines innovation and expertise to challenge traditional building methods and drive positive change in the industry.
Steve Healey | Fifth Dimension Consulting Engineers
Steve Healey is a Chartered Structural Engineer with extensive experience in structural design and seismic solutions. He holds a BE(Hons) in Structural Engineering and serves as Vice Chair of Engineering New Zealand’s Canterbury Branch.
Joseph Lyth | WEL Architecture
Joe Lyth is an experienced architect originally from North Yorkshire, now based in New Zealand. With a diverse background in residential and educational projects, he is a founding member of WEL Architecture and has been recognized for his architectural writing. Joe continues to work on new builds and extensions while contributing to New Zealand's architectural landscape.
Sam Brown| Arête Architects
Sam is an NZRAB Registered Architect with eight years of experience, specializing in vernacular design and site-responsive architecture. Passionate about social and environmental betterment, he thrives on collaboration and tackling complex design challenges.
Frank Kang | Winstone Wallboards Ltd (GIB)
Frank Kang is a Technical Support and Development Engineer at Winstone Wallboards with over six years of experience. During this time, he has provided expert guidance to customers and developed specialized expertise in areas such as bracing, noise control, and fire engineering. Holding a Master of Engineering in Fire Engineering, Frank combines technical knowledge with a passion for delivering innovative solutions and exceptional support.
